By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or package, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via our website, telephone, or in person.

A valid name, phone number, and email address are required to confirm a booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where these details cannot be verified.

Certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit or full pre-payment to secure the appointment. Where applicable, this will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice given after this window is treated as a late cancellation.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee of up to 50% of the treatment price, or forfeit any deposit paid, at our discretion.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay in full for future bookings, or in us declining to accept further bookings from you.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying subsequent clients, charged at the full original price, or treated as a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy above.

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or contraindications relevant to your treatment prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where a disclosed condition presents a health or safety risk. Failure to disclose relevant information is at your own risk.

Prices for treatments, products, and packages are as displayed on our website or in-salon at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is due in full at the time of treatment unless a deposit or pre-payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.

We do not process payment card details through this website — all payments are handled in person or via secure payment channels communicated to you directly.

Purchased packages, vouchers, and promotional offers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Sessions within a package must be used within the applicable validity period. Unused sessions are forfeited on expiry.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment to any client whose conduct is abusive, disruptive, or unsafe toward our staff or other clients, or where a client repeatedly breaches these Terms & Conditions.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site but do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.

To the extent permitted by law, Wellness Centre is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or this website, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
